Matthew Howard began racing in 2003 and won several regional races in his first few years of racing before settling into his current state of mediocrity. Known throughout the city as “Evil” Matt Howard, EMH doesn’t know what he did to earn that moniker but we think it’s funny so keep using it. He serves on the board of the Century Road Club Association as vice-president of rider development. He works in publishing.
