The Bandits were represented in the marathon by Three Thieves founder Charles Bieler, who finished in 2:57 despite starting way in the back.

Today was the first event in the Wednesday Twilight Series at Kissena Velodrome. I registered in the wrong field, I showed up late and missed the first race, I had the wrong chainring on my bike and had to borrow a tiny loaner bike to race, I lent Ken Harris a patch kit with no glue, and I got lost in Queens while riding home. It was not my finest day at the track. Thanks to Alan Atwood for sorting me out and for running the races. It was great to see such a strong rider turnout.
