Ryan - I get sworn in next month. So if you need counsel, all I can say is that I'll be cheap. That counts for something, right?!?!

I was totally going to write what ADM wrote but he beat me to it. But mine was going to read more like:

"Dude... what the eff bro.. didn't you read those papers that ADM sent us? I didn't, but I bet you violated them somehow... not cool bro".

Different language but the same message.

Funny but troubling post.

For starters, Ryan, you've violated paragraph 11(c) of the contract, which reads in pertinent part as follows: "Rider [you] shall not disclose the existence or content of this letter agreement with any third party except as may be required by applicable law".

You also seem to have run afoul of paragraph 17(e)(ii) of the contract, in which you acknowledged that "the training programs of Bandit Racing are proprietary and highly confidential, and said training programs and all other confidential information and materials concerning the Team are highly sensitive trade secrets, the unauthorized disclosure of which would result in immediate and irreparable harm for which money damages could not provide an adequate remedy . . . "

As counsel to the Team (and not any particular rider), I ask that you cease and desist all violations of Team Policy (which requires you, among other things, to comply with your obligations under said letter agreement) and continue your training regimen despite inclinations to re-retire. This post does not constitute a waiver or amendment of any provision of said letter agreement. Bandit Cycling expressly reserves all of its rights and remedies with respect to the foregoing.
